This is perfect for runners who want dedicated guidance and accountability to reach their goals faster.

1:1 Coaching

Need a little extra motivation or guidance for a specific race? I can join you on your runs to offer support, help with pacing, and give tips on running form. These sessions are perfect if you want a confidence boost, race preparation, or just someone to run alongside you to stay motivated. This service is offered only in Leicester within a 4-mile radius (LE2) and costs £25 per session.
